supporting learners Mentorship style

I am a trained executive coach and use a combination of teaching and coaching approaches. My coaching is non-judgmental and also non-directive, helping people discover their own best ideas to fit their context, needs and values. I also am a connector of people and collector of resources which I am happy to share in the right situation.

With Canada facing a scary wave of antisemitism, I want to promote an environment where Jewish medical learners can focus on being medical students and residents, developing the physician competencies, character, and leadership abilities that all Manitobans and Canadians need their physicians to have. I hope to support all Jewish medical learners regardless of religious beliefs or politics.

My coaching is non-judgmental and also non-directive, helping people discover their own best ideas to fit their context, needs and values.
