Kevin Barber's area of research interest includes social anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, military, veteran, and first responder mental health. He also maintains interest in cognitive behavioural approaches to promoting and maintaining positive emotional functioning.
Dr. Kevin Barber is an assistant professor in clinical health psychology at the University of Manitoba and is a registered psychologist. He is a clinical psychologist at the Operational Stress Injury Clinic in Winnipeg Manitoba serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and veterans of these organization.
