Dr. Jordyn Lerner works at the juncture of primary care and public health, using quality improvement science to realize better health outcomes for Manitobans and the population of Manitoba as a whole.
Dr. Jordyn Lerner is a family physician and a public health and preventive medicine specialist. He is a medical officer of health with Indigenous Services Canada where he provides public health services to 56 First Nation communities across Manitoba. Jordyn is also the medical director of the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences Immunization Program, providing guidance and consultation on the immune status requirements for students.
Dr. Lerner was appointed lecturer in the Department of Family Medicine in 2018. He was promoted to assistant professor in 2023.
Dr. Lerner holds the Professorship in Quality Improvement in the Department of Family Medicine.
