Neepawa
The Neepawa Family Medicine unit is led by education director Dr. Brian Milligan and is based out of Beautiful Plains Medical Clinic, a team-based clinic providing comprehensive primary care to patients in Neepawa and the surrounding communities.
Residents also do rotations in small urban areas in the region. Neepawa offers countless opportunities for residents to encounter diverse patient cases as well as build relationships with patients throughout their residencies. These residents receive personalized mentorship and note the incredible support they receive from their preceptors.
Neepawa residents are also encouraged to tailor their family medicine block time to the types of practice they want to have in their future careers. The Town of Neepawa is in the process of building a brand-new hospital where residents will also do rotations.
