Javier Torres

Javier is a lawyer graduated from Universidad La Salle, Mexico. He has a masters degree in International and Transnational Law from Université Laval, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Philosphy at Universidad de La Laguna, in Tenerife, Spain. An educator by profession, Javier has worked for the Academy of Versailles in France, Lawyers Without Borders Canada, the Citadelle of Quebec, the Parliament of Canada, the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, the University of Winnipeg, the University of Manitoba and the University of Saint-Boniface, teaching a wide variety of university courses and educational programs.
