Getting started
List of licensed software. Additional software licenses used by individual faculties/departments can be requested.
Create an IT ticket to request assistance with installing or configuring software for your workstation. Someone from the IST Service Desk will contact you to ask for more information and assist you.
Please provide the following information in your ticket:
- Software name and version you want. For example, IBM® SPSS® Statistics 28 for Windows.
You may be required to purchase the software first.
