Getting started
Create an IT ticket to report a problem with your desk phone. Someone from the IST Service Desk will contact you to ask for more information and assist you.
In your IT ticket, include details if you are experiencing issues with multiple devices in your area.
Please provide the following information in your ticket:
- Affected line number
- Building and room number
- Phone number
- Model number
- Indicate if you are experiencing issues with multiple devices in your area
