Create an IT ticket to request assistance with a new desktop or laptop setup, or redeployment. Someone from the IST Service Desk will contact you to ask for more information and assist you.
Please provide the following information in your ticket:
- Where are you going to be located? If applicable, list the room number and building. For example, 123 Fletcher Argue.
- Are there printers in the new spot? If so, which printers do you need to connect to?
- Where are you buying the device?
- When is the device going to arrive?
- Identify any software you want on the device. For example, Adobe Acrobat and Office 365.
