Create an IT ticket to request assistance with setting up a desktop or laptop at its new location.
Please provide the following information in your ticket:
- The room number and building the device is currently in. For example, 123 Fletcher Argue Building.
- The room number and building you are moving the device to. For example, 205 Elizabeth Dafoe.
- Computer or laptop name, model and serial number.
- Are you moving a landline phone as well?
- Are there printers already setup in the new location? If not, do you require a new printer being setup?
