Create an IT ticket to report a problem with desktops, laptops or accessories. Someone from the IST Service Desk will contact you to ask for more information and assist you.
Please provide the following information in your ticket:
- Type of device or accessory. For example, desktop, laptop or mouse.
- If applicable, attach a photo of your computer services tag number (yellow sticker with IST####). It may be on the bottom of your device.
- If applicable, the device serial number.
If the accessory is no longer working, you may purchase a new one from the UM bookstore.
