As a Sponsored Executive, a leader or potential leader in the workplace, you will receive extensive training to help you serve as an ambassador for the United Way of Winnipeg and your organization.

This program is for Canadian residents. Information for international students who wish to study with us can be found at intensive program packages.

Credential: Earn a University of Manitoba United Way of Winnipeg Leadership Development Certificate.

This program is offered in partnership with the United Way of Winnipeg.
