Elicitation & Collaboration (BUAN 0120)

This course addresses tasks that business analysts will perform to obtain information from and manage collaborations with stakeholders. It explores a variety of techniques for performing elicitation and collaboration activities. It also examines ways of overcoming challenges when applying these techniques in real world business situations. Methods for testing and confirming elicitation results are also addressed.
