University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowship

Applications received after the deadline or incomplete applications will not be considered.

To ensure a successful submission of your UMFA application, please consult the following steps:

Step 1: Complete the UMGF Application Part 1 in its entirety.

Step 2: Complete UMGF Application Part 2 and Letter of Reference. 

• Referee to directly email info_biomedical@umanitoba.ca

• Use email subject line: student number - first name - last name - BME UMGF Application

Step 3: Include current University of Manitoba Transcript - Aurora web transcripts are accepted.

• Internal University of Manitoba applicants: Please submit your University of Manitoba transcripts (from Aurora self-service) with your application. Copies of other university transcripts will be taken from your admission application.

• New and/or International students: If University of Manitoba transcripts/grades are not available to you yet, please submit copies of the transcripts you applied to your Graduate Program with.

Step 4: Submit application package via email to info_biomedical@umanitoba.ca

• Contents include Part 1, Part 2 and transcripts

• Use email subject line: student number - first name - last name - BME UMGF Application
