Dr. Peng Liu’s research interests include effective leadership, cross-cultural leadership, turnaround leadership, educational leadership development, educational improvement, teacher professional development, large-scale education reform, and international and comparative education. Dr. Liu earned his doctorate degree from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. He has published articles in peer-reviewed journals including Education Management, Administration, and Leadership, School Effectiveness and School Improvement, and the Journal of Educational Administration. He also serves as Editor in Chief of the journal of Interchange (Springer), co-editor of the International Journal of Educational Policy and Leadership, associate editor of the International Journal of Comparative Education and Development, associate editor for Frontiers in Psychology and Frontiers in Education.
