Erica Jung

As Director, Erica oversees the Centre’s strategic initiatives and provides direction on personnel and policy. She represents the Centre at the national and international levels around teaching and learning priorities.

Erica worked as an Educational Developer focused on intercultural aspects of teaching and learning before moving into the role of Associate Director then Director. Her interests include higher education administration, organizational development, and management theory.
