Labour Relations Officer

Labour relations officers provide complex, professional and administrative services, interpreting and overseeing the program of labour relations established by collective bargaining agreements and certified bargaining units. They are responsible for assisting in negotiating collective bargaining agreements for one or more bargaining units, and providing assistance to members and their elected representatives regarding implementation and administration of the provisions of the agreements. (Saskatchewan Government and General Employees' Union, SGEU)
