Participating in a high school pitch workshop can offer numerous benefits to students, including:

All prizes are designed to recognize and encourage excellence in public speaking, entrepreneurship, innovation, and social impact.
Eligibility

It's important to check the specific eligibility criteria of each workshop before applying or registering to ensure that you meet the requirements.
- Students must be currently enrolled in a Manitoba High School (Grades 9 - 12)
- Interest in entrepreneurship, business, marketing, or public speaking
- Willingness to learn and actively participate in workshop activities
- Good academic standing and behavior record
- Availability to attend the entire workshop day
Rules and Guidelines
Eligibility: The competition is open to high school students only.
Teams: Students must sign up individually but could be placed in a team, or asked to join a team at the event.
Pitch Format: Pitches must be delivered in person and more detail will be provided leading up to the event.
Content: Pitches may cover any topic related to entrepreneurship or innovation. Students are encouraged to be creative and think outside the box.
Judging Criteria: Pitches will be judged on their clarity, persuasiveness, innovation, and potential impact. Judges will also consider the quality of the presentation and the team's ability to answer questions.
Code of Conduct: All participants must abide by a code of conduct, which includes being respectful to other participants, judges, and competition organizers. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, including harassment, will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification.

Application Steps
- Create a 250-500 word write-up on which entrepreneur inspires you or why entrepreneurship is important to you.
- Fill out the online application at the link below

- Students are encouraged to use real life experiences and or ambitions in their write-up to tell us why you are passionate about entrepreneurship.
- Why are you interested in attending this high school pitch workshop?

- Describe any relevant experiences or achievements that demonstrate your interest in entrepreneurship, business, marketing, or public speaking.
