Biography

Dr. Niki Khorasani is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the Asper School of Business. With a background in environmental and chemical engineering, their research examines how organizations and entrepreneurs engage with societal and economic challenges to shape the future. Their work focuses on alternative ways of organizing, exploring how businesses reimagine possibilities beyond conventional growth models. Dr. Khorasani’s research has been published in leading academic journals and contributes to conversations on business, sustainability, and social change. They teach Business and Society (GMGT 1010) at Asper. Dr. Khorasani earned their PhD from the University of Ottawa and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Alberta.
