Biography

Dr. Zeng joined the Asper School of Business as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2018. She received her PhD in Strategy and Global Management from the University of Calgary.

Her primary research interests lie at the intersection of strategy and global management, with a particular focus on integration challenges for MNEs and CSR challenges in international business. She is also interested in applying advanced meta-analytic techniques in exploring the impact of institutional variables in strategy research.

Her work has been published in the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of World Business, Management and Organization Review, and others. Her research has been funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
