I am interested in identifying the major risk factors and outcomes of professional burnout, how emotional communications can facilitate the provider-client relationship, and promoting a respectful and tolerant work climate. My current research examines how organizational practices impact mental and physical wellbeing among healthcare and higher education professionals. I am a member of the Global Occupational Health Network (WHO), and the Global Health Workforce Alliance (WHO).
I have instructed undergraduate and MBA courses in Organizational Behaviour, Managerial Decision-Making, and Human Resource Management, as well as facilitated a graduate readings course in psychological measurement.
