"Last Minute" Requests for Space

Event bookings for most spaces on campus are done using the Astra Schedule – more information is available here.

The online room booking form may not be used to request a space booking for an event that is happening within the next two business days.

If you require a space for an event occurring within the next two business days, your request must be made directly with the building contact:

Note: Three business days are required if requesting additional audio-visual equipment (items not already included in the room).
