Registration

  • Apr. 14, 2020 Summer Term registration access times available in Aurora 
  • Apr. 20, 2020 Registration for Summer Term Distance Education courses and Masters/PhD Re-Reg, thesis courses - starts at 12 noon 
  • May 4, 2020 Summer Term Online and Alternate Delivery schedule of courses available on Aurora
  • May 19, 2020 Registration opens for the Summer Term Online and Alternate Delivery courses that start on or after June 1

Distance Education courses

  • Start May 4 End July 31
  • Last day to add/drop May 15 
  • Tuition fee payment deadline June 3
  • Last day to VW July 10 
  • Exams August 4 - 11 

Summer Online & Alternate Delivery (3 credit hour courses)

  • 1 hour per day, 3 days per week; or 1.5 hours per day, 2 days per week
  • Start June 1 End August 14

  • Last day to add/drop June 12 
  • Last day to VW July 27 
  • Exams August 17 – 21 

Summer Online & Alternate Delivery (6 credit hour courses)

  • 2 hours per day, 3 days per week; or 3 hours per day, 2 days per week

Summer Condensed 1 (3 credit hour courses)

  • Fee appeal applications and the accompanying attachments will only be accepted through the fee.appeals@umanitoba.ca email.
  • Letter of Permission applications must be submitted via email to LOP@umanitoba.ca, without payment information. Please visit the LOP page for further information.

  1. Fill out the PDF form.
  2. Email the form to Registrar.Office@umanitoba.ca.
  3. Receive a phone call from the Registrar's Office to confirm payment.

Official transcripts are normally required to support applications for admission to academic programs at another institution and sometimes for employment applications. Student Records also keeps proof of graduation and registration RESPs. At tax time, tuition tax receipts are available in Aurora.

The Registrar’s Office is currently closed to the public. Until further notice, the only delivery method available is Standard Mail.
