  1. Fill out the PDF form.

  3. Receive a phone call from the Registrar's Office to confirm payment.

Important dates and deadlines

  • Winter Term tuition fee payment deadline

  • Last day of classes for Winter Term

  • Voluntary Withdrawal (VW) deadline: Winter Term courses

  • - Final Exam period for Winter Term

  • Summer Term registration access times available in Aurora

  • Registration for Summer Term Distance Education courses starts at 12:00 p.m.

  • Registration opens for Masters/PhD Re-Reg, thesis courses starts at 12:00 p.m.

Order transcripts and other documents

Official transcripts are normally required to support applications for admission to academic programs at another institution and sometimes for employment applications. Student Records also keeps proof of graduation and registration RESPs. At tax time, tuition tax receipts are available in Aurora.

The Registrar’s Office is currently closed to the public. Until further notice, the only delivery method available is Standard Mail.
