Some Tips for the Drop-In Sessions:
Career planning and information sessions are meant to assess your needs, get you started on a career planning process and provide you with additional resources.

Individual drop-in sessions usually last 30 - 45 minutes and are available on a first come first serve basis with a set number of spaces available.

After looking at the resources and/or attending a drop-in session, you might have some more in-depth questions. You can meet one-on-one with a Career Consultant for a confidential discussion about your career strategy, CV, job search strategy and employment interview preparation.

Please Note: Professional school interview preparation is offered through workshops scheduled in advance of respective professional school interview dates.

Access Career Inventories or “assessments” that can help you identify dozens of occupational options as well as a better understanding of your career needs. Career Services, in cooperation with Counselling Services, offers two career inventories: Strong Interest Inventory (SII) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). The SII focuses on interests while the MBTI focuses on personality factors. Each will identify occupational options for your consideration. Please note that there is a $30.00 fee for each of these assessments.
