What I bring to mentorship

In my role as a program director for the last six years, I have mentored many residents to both academic and personal success. I thus bring expertise to mentorship and I am capable designing strategies to assist learners with their needs. My area of interest is learner safety and well-being.

Please email me with brief summary of how I can be most helpful to you.

supporting learners Mentorship style

My mentorship style is to understand the need, come up with a helpful strategy and guide the learner to achieve their goals/needs through these strategies. I tend to be compassionate and communicative.

I am very approachable and reachable. I will try my best to assist potential mentees with their needs.
