How we get there

As part of our strategic planning process, we developed an action plan to guide work toward meeting the goals outlined in this plan. These actions support the four strategic priorities that advance our mission and allow us to build community communities.

In the coming months, our leaders will host workshops to develop implementation plans for each action. These plans will establish metrics to track our progress and define how we'll communicate this progress back to the community.
