5 days notice is required to ensure equipment availability.
Available hours

Services offered
Schedule your mobile videoconference equipment (two units available) for room spaces that do not have contemporary video conferencing capability. The solution is designed to fit on a cart that audiovisual staff will set up for you to use and tear down after your session. Key services include:
-
Videoconferencing on a cart: A laptop wireless keyboard/mouse is provided for you to use with two high-definition cameras, four microphones and a PA speaker. Cameras provide a field of view of 90 and 180 degrees and have microphones that can be table or stand-mounted. Lapel microphones are also available if required. A monitor display is provided on a cart with a VGA cable for connecting to the user's device.
-
Demonstration, equipment training, and information: The online booking form will guide you through the information required and provide an option to specify any additional requirements that audiovisual personnel will strive to support, including a demonstration if requested.
Note: A colleague is responsible for operating the equipment. The audiovisual technician will provide training half an hour before the event starts.
