Getting started
Key services include:
Projector with public address (PA) speaker on cart
- A data projector is provided on a cart with a VGA cable for connecting to the user’s device. A PA speaker provides sound for a user’s device over a headphone jack as well as microphone capability.
Document camera on cart
- Provide the ability to present physical teaching material such as textbooks, handwritten notes, or objects to the class. The unit can be configured to show transparency slides. Images can be enlarged using the zoom feature for better viewing in the classroom.
Demonstration, equipment training and information
- Audiovisual staff can be requested to provide in-person guidance to colleagues in the operation of audiovisual equipment in all university spaces as well as portable audiovisual carts.
The online request form will guide you through the information required and provide an option to specify any additional requirements which audiovisual personnel will strive to support.
