Develop digital leaders, with the digital innovation mindset and skills to transform careers and organizations, with two online training programs designed in collaboration with industry and Canada’s Digital Technology Supercluster.

DIAL, founded by Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business, is innovative leadership to drive digital transformation. As the economy embraces digital disruption, you need a digitally savvy workforce more than ever. This partner consortium is here to empower you in your career journey and provide transformative knowledge. These programs offer practical digital, leadership, application-based learning for tangible results.

Digital Transformation for Managers

Digital Transformation Management (DTM) is the program for you if you have three or more years of work experience and want to gain a competitive edge to help you lead effectively in this changing digital environment. It is for early to mid-career individuals who want to develop a digital innovation mindset along with the skills and capabilities to generate digital innovation ideas and put them into action in their daily work. It’s ideal for project managers, analysts, developers, and both internal and external consultants.
Digital Transformation for Leaders

Digital Transformation Leadership (DTL) is the program for you if you are a senior leader navigating digital disruption, to understand the tools and create the vision for organization-wide transformation. It is for leaders who manage teams that are driving digital transformation in their organizations. This program will help you to understand where you are on your digital journey, assess an idea for change and create a pitch to communicate that vision to your team, peers and senior leadership. It’s ideal for any leader who is engaged in a digital initiative.
