Dr. Giuseppe Grande is a three-time graduate from the University of Manitoba. His doctoral research focused on evaluating the methods and applications of traffic counts in Canada. After defending his thesis in 2021, he spent one year continuing his research as a research associate in the Urban Mobility and Transportation Informatics Group.
Dr. Grande is passionate about education, leading him to complete his B.Ed. in senior years education in 2024. Following this, he spent a year as a high school physics and math teacher at Transcona Collegiate in Winnipeg. In 2025, he returned to the University of Manitoba as an instructor in the newly formed Department of Engineering Education.
