Agricultural machinery and automation, soil–plant–machine interactions modelling, machine sensing and data acquisition, dynamic systems, precision agriculture technologies and AI in agriculture.
Agricultural machinery, smart implement control systems, virtual design, predictive modelling, and decision support systems.
Dr. Edet is the principal investigator of the Soil Dynamics and Machinery Lab in the Department of Biosystems Engineering at the University of Manitoba. His research focuses on developing intelligent, adaptive systems to optimize the performance and operability of agricultural equipment.
