Yev works closely with industry partners, faculty, and program leadership to develop and strengthen employer partnerships that support experiential learning opportunities for graduate students across the MBA, Master of Finance, and Master of Supply Chain Management programs. She focuses on connecting organizations with emerging business talent through co-op placements, mentorship initiatives, applied industry projects, case competitions, guest speaking, and other collaborative opportunities that bring real-world business challenges into the classroom.
Before joining the Asper School of Business, Yev worked with Manitoba Start, where she supported newcomers navigating the Canadian labour market as a Coach and Job Search Consultant. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade in the banking sector, working closely with business clients and developing a strong foundation in relationship management and financial analysis.
Yev holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and has completed additional professional training in business analysis, employer engagement, and career development. Having built her own career across multiple countries and sectors, she brings a strong understanding of how talent, opportunity, and industry needs intersect.
Outside of work, Yev enjoys spending time outdoors camping with her family and staying connected to the Ukrainian community in Winnipeg.
