    Overview: Sepehr began his doctoral studies in Supply Chain Management in 2026. He holds an MBA in Supply Chain and Operations Management and brings professional experience in logistics operations to his academic work. In his master’s research, he conducted an experimental study examining how cognitive framing influences inventory management performance and the role of analytical understanding in operational decision making.
    Before starting his PhD, Sepehr worked in the logistics industry, where he managed operational processes to ensure efficient and reliable workflows. He coordinated activities, addressed unexpected disruptions, and contributed to performance improvement across supply chain functions. This practical experience enables him to develop research questions grounded in operational realities and to connect academic theories with the challenges organizations face in practice.
    His research focuses on the intersection of supply chain digitalization and sustainability. He seeks to understand how firms can leverage digital capabilities and technological innovation to enhance both operational efficiency and environmental performance within supply chains.
