Biography

Sean Buchanan is the Associates Fellow of Business Administration at the Asper School of Business. His research focuses on how organizations, industries, and fields engage with contentious social issues amidst rising political polarization. His research has been published in Academy of Management Review, Organization Science, Journal of Management Studies, Organization Studies, Human Relations, Journal of World Business, and Organization. He teaches Business and Society (GMGT 1010) and Seminar in Management and Capitalism (GMGT 4210) at Asper. He earned his PhD from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
