Savanna Vagianos is the Instructor in Sustainability at the Asper School of Business. As a student and alumna of the Asper School, Savanna spent seven years conducting qualitative research on sustainable local businesses, specifically firms who prioritize people and planet over profit. She wrote her masters thesis on Tall Grass Prairie Bread Company, a local sustainable firm. Savanna has co-authored research papers published in the Humanistic Management Journal and in Business and Society Review. Savanna is most passionate about food systems, specifically organic food production and regenerative agriculture. She spent summer 2023 working on a local small-scale organic farm. Savanna teaches Sustainable Business (IDM3010), Corporate Social Environmental Responsibility (LEAD3030) and Business and Society (GMGT1010).
