Ramisa Fayeza

Ramisa is an Asper alumna who earned her Bachelor of Commerce in 2025 with a double major in Marketing and Human Resource Management. Ramisa is guided by and deliberately chose to work at the intersection of communication, people and organizational management.

Returning to Asper shortly after graduation as Confidential Assistant and Events Coordinator, Ramisa oversees Dean's Office events while working as a confidential assistant to two of our Associate Deans: Dr Suzanne Gagnon, Associate Dean Research and Graduate Research Programs, and Dr. Nathan Greidanus, Associate Dean Professional Graduate Programs and Executive Education. 

She plans and runs various school functions that bring staff, faculty, and the wider business community together while managing key correspondence. Her role includes preparing briefing materials and reports and coordinating the leadership meeting series. Experiencing her school from the other side of the desk has given Ramisa a deeper appreciation for the people, planning, and collaboration behind her previous experience as a student.
