Overview: Mohammad began his doctoral studies in 2024, focusing on Management (Business Administration) with a specialization in Organizational Behavior. He has a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Management and brings extensive professional experience in human resource strategy and organizational development to his academic endeavors.
His experience developing human resource strategies and leading organizational development initiatives has provided him with firsthand knowledge of real-world organizational challenges. This practical foundation enables him to pose research questions based on practical experience and connect theoretical frameworks to the real-world problems that organizations face.
His research interests include both the light and dark sides of leadership, with a particular emphasis on dysfunctional leadership behaviors and team dynamics. He looks into how maladaptive leadership styles, relationship toxicity, and systemic misalignments affect team performance, employee well-being, motivation, and organizational culture.
He sees his research as a bridge between theory and practice. His goal is to generate actionable insights for both scholars and practitioners, allowing organizations to better anticipate, mitigate, and transform negative leadership effects while fostering healthier, more resilient systems.
