Maryna Klymchuk holds a Doctor of Economics from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, and a PhD in Economic Science from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute". In 2021, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine awarded her the title of Professor of the Department of Organization and Construction Management of the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
Prior to joining the University of Manitoba, Klymchuk worked as a professor at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture in Ukraine.
She has participated in the international and science project <<Cognitive technologies and artificial intelligence>> (2019-2021) with the support of European Funds the Republic of Poland, the European Union (European Social Fund). She developed lectures, practical classes on the problems of applying artificial intelligence in business process management.
In 2022, she received a research grant organized jointly by the National Academy of Science from the United States and the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAS). She conducted research on the issue of attracting financing for the digitalization of business processes management of project in the context of sustainability and the post-war recovery economy of the Ukraine. Justified the possibility of using green bonds and tax increment financing to attract additional financing for digitization of business processes management of project in the context of sustainability and the post-way recovery economy of the Ukraine.
