    Overview: My research focuses on the intersection of managerial traits, analyst behavior, and corporate finance, with the aim of understanding how the individual characteristics of corporate leaders influence firm decisions and how these decisions are perceived and interpreted by external market participants. In parallel, my research also explores the corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure, and their implications for financial markets and corporate behavior. 

    Research Areas of Interest: Managerial traits; Entrepreneurship; Sustainability; Analyst behavior; Corporate finance

    Graduate Degrees: Ph.D. in Neuroscience from McGill University, Master of Medicine from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine
