Lauren Baker

Lauren Baker is the Accreditation & Continuous Improvement Coordinator at the I.H. Asper School of Business. She supports accreditation and continuous improvement initiatives through institutional data management, analysis, strategic reporting, project coordination and process improvement. Lauren works collaboratively with faculty, staff and university stakeholders to develop effective processes, monitor performance, and provide evidence to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Prior to joining the I.H. Asper School of Business, Lauren held a variety of program and project focused roles across the higher education, non-profit, and arts and culture sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Toronto, an Ontario College Advanced Diploma (Honours) from Sheridan College, an Applied Project Management Certificate and Management Certificate from The University of Winnipeg and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
