Juan brings over nine years of experience in recruitment, career advising, and business development. He has worked in post-secondary education, guiding students and professionals through career transitions, job searches, and skill development. Before joining the Asper School of Business, Juan Sebastian held leadership roles in recruitment and student support, where he developed and implemented strategic enrollment initiatives. His expertise also extends to career coaching, admissions counseling, and academic integrity advising. He is passionate about helping graduate students and alumni build strong career pathways by providing tailored guidance on job search strategies, interview preparation, and professional branding. With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Relations, a Master’s in International Affairs, and a Project Management diploma, Juan Sebastian combines academic expertise with hands-on experience to support students in achieving their career goals. Fluent in Spanish and English, with proficiency in French and Portuguese, Juan Sebastian brings a global perspective to career consulting. He is committed to fostering inclusive career development practices and supporting students as they navigate competitive job markets.
