Biography

Deepika Kalluri is an accomplished engineering professional with a master’s degree in electrical engineering who is passionate about helping students discover their potential and confidently navigate their career journeys.

As the Lead, Co-op & Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Programs at the Career Development Centre, I.H. Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba, Deepika leads initiatives that enhance student success, employer engagement, and experiential learning. Previously a Co-operative Education Coordinator, she has coached and mentored hundreds of students in career planning, resume development, interview preparation, networking, and workplace readiness, creating engaging learning experiences that prepare students to thrive in their careers. 

Known for her enthusiasm, positive energy, and ability to bring people together, Deepika is a true social butterfly. Whether she's organizing campus events as Chair of the Asper Social Committee, contributing to sustainability initiatives with the Asper Green Team, volunteering with the IEEE Winnipeg Section, or supporting professional growth through Toastmasters International, she enjoys building meaningful connections and creating welcoming communities wherever she goes.

Outside of work, Deepika embraces creativity through Bharatanatyam, loves discovering new destinations through travel, enjoys music, and never misses an opportunity to revisit the magical world of Harry Potter.
