Charlotte Vis Van Heemst

Charlotte Vis Van Heemst is Lead, Student Success and Strategic Initiatives and a Sessional Instructor at the Asper School of Business, where she leads programs, learning experiences, and partnerships that empower students and prepare them for meaningful careers. With professional experience spanning Europe and North America, she brings a global perspective to career education, learning and leadership.

Charlotte holds a BSc in Business Administration and is a certified career and employment coach, leadership coach, and learning and development professional. She serves on the National Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers (CACEE) and chairs its Canada West Regional Advisory Board.

Guided by empowerment, curiosity, innovation, and impact, Charlotte is a frequent presenter on career development, skills training, learning and development, and the use of AI in career education.
