Biography

Charlotte is a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist, Career Strategist, and Certified Leadership Coach with over a decade of experience empowering individuals and organizations through innovative career education and skills development. She has worked across key industries in Europe and North America, bringing a global perspective to her work. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Support, as well as a Career & Employment Coach Certificate from the University of Winnipeg.

Currently serving as a Career Consultant and Sessional Instructor at the Asper School of Business, Charlotte designs and delivers impactful learning experiences focused on student success and professional growth. She specializes in instructional design, skills training, and adult learning, leveraging data to measure impact and continuously enhance program effectiveness. Her expertise includes creating engaging workshops, blended learning experiences, and one-on-one coaching that inspire growth and deliver measurable results.

Charlotte is the Co-Chair of the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers (CACEE) West advisory board, where she contributes her expertise in communication, AI integration, and emerging technologies to advance career education across Western Canada. In recognition of her contributions, she received the 2023 CACEE Recognition Award. She also serves as the Chair of the Communications Committee for the Manitoba Association for Career Development (MACD).

Her commitment to creating inclusive, empowering learning environments has led to strong partnerships with community organizations and the business sector. Charlotte's integrity and values-driven approach ensure her work aligns with her core values of autonomy and empowerment. She has also presented at conferences and published articles on career development, skills training, and the use of AI in education.

Beyond her professional career, Charlotte is an entrepreneur and Pilates enthusiast, continuously embracing personal growth and lifelong learning.
