About laptop lending

Students must use their library account pincode along with their ID card to borrow a portable charger. Create or change your pincode.

Location

The laptop lending locker is located in Elizabeth Dafoe Library, entrance level, across from the Brown Lab.

Loan period

Library laptops are available for a  4-hour loan period or until library closing if less than 4 hours remains. Laptops will work only ON CAMPUS.

Overdue fines

An overdue fine of $3 per hour is charged.
Overdue fees continue to accumulate to a maximum of $50 until the laptop is returned.

Non-returns

There is an automatic $500 fine if you do not return the laptop within 3 days. For this reason, DO NOT LEAVE THE LAPTOP UNATTENDED.
