Getting started
Create an IT ticket to request assistance with UM Learn course maintenance. Someone from the IST Service Desk will contact you to ask for more information and assist you.
Request course maintenance help
Please provide the following information in your ticket:
- course maintenance type
- course name
- course code
- your role (i.e. student, grader, instructor or teaching assistant).
