Mobile devices should be using the latest operating system (OS) or an OS no older than two previous versions.

1. Open Settings
2. Select Mail
3. Select Accounts
4. Select Add Account
5. Select Microsoft Exchange
6. Enter your UM email address
   • Students: UMNetID@myumanitoba.ca
   • Staff and Faculty: firstname.lastname@umanitoba.ca
7. Select Next
8. Select Sign in
9. Enter your UMNetID password
10. Select Sign In
