Uses for this form

This form is used to request creating a Mailman mailing list.

Process

  1. Complete and submit the Mailing list creation request form.
  2. The Service Desk will review the request and inform you if the request was approved or declined.

  2. The Service Desk will review the request and inform you if the request was approved or declined.

Form

Use this form to request creating a UM mailing list. The owners of the mailing lists must be staff or student at the University of Manitoba.
*all fields are required
Note: the name of the list must have at least one hyphen in it
Lists must have at least two owners.
If no list moderators are specified, the list owners will receive list moderation notices.
This text will be placed at the beginning of each message's subject line
When the messages to the list are replied to, where should the replies go?
Mailman has a page where all available mailing lists are displayed. Should your list be displayed there?
