Rajeev Koyal is currently working with University of Manitoba as the IDEA START Program Manager. IDEA START is a high-profile entrepreneurial gateway at the confluence of disciplines to promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and knowledge mobilization on the University of Manitoba campuses, providing a unified entry point for the whole university community and beyond. The IDEA START program will enable innovators and entrepreneurs of all interests and skill-levels to explore, build and scale their next project or venture.

In his previous avatar, Rajeev was a Startup Ecosystem Builder and led India's largest Tech-Incubation program called the 10,000 Startups for the Bangalore Region which accounts for 40% of India's Startup Ecosystem. Prior to that he was an entrepreneur co-founding three Technology Startups in Education and Hospitality sectors. He is also angel invested with three early-stage startups in India.

He specializes in helping Startups scale from 0 to 1, by consulting with them on Business Development, Digital Marketing and Transformation, Fund-raising, leveraging Startup/Business Ecosystems, Innovation, Partnerships and Community building and building high-performance core-teams.

Janine works at the intersection of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial thinking and adult learning. Her role at UM within The Centre for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning is focused on creating opportunities for learning about, for, and most importantly, through entrepreneurship as a type of experiential learning.
