Allied Van Lines Scholarship is looking to provide a scholarship to four students who major in logistics or a similar field. Each scholarship is $1,000 and is available to current students and to those who are enrolling in college. Deadline date: December 15th.

BluEarth Renewables Scholarships - currently offers two scholarship programs for university students: one for Indigenous students and one for community leaders. Deadline date: September 15th.

Business Council of Manitoba Indigenous Education Awards - The Business Council of Manitoba is committed to helping Indigenous students attend university or community college. Annual application deadline date: May 31st (both online and printable versions of the application are available).

Canadian Agri-Business Education Foundation (CABEF) awards seven $2,500 scholarships annually to full-time students enrolling or currently in an agricultural related program at a Canadian university, college or apprenticeship institution.  Deadline date: April 30th.

Donich Entrepreneurial Scholarship - A $1,000 award will be presented to an undergraduate or law student distinguished by work experience and academic achievement. This award was established in 2018 and is intended to award students with proven employment and academic achievement. EnergyRates.Ca College Scholarship - a $500 scholarship to any student enrolled in an American or Canadian post-secondary educational institution. Applicants must write an essay, no more than 500 words in length, telling us where you see the future of the energy industry. Application deadline: January 31.

The Helen Betty Osborne Memorial Fund recognizes Indigenous students who are making a difference in eliminating the barriers of racism, sexism, violence, and indifference in society. The scholarship fund was established to honour her memory and provide financial support to Indigenous persons residing in Manitoba who are enrolled in post-secondary studies in Manitoba. Awards are granted in the amount of $2,000 each.  Application deadline: October 31st

Jeanne Henuset-Fraser Memorial Bursary for Rural Manitoba Students - to enable students from a rural background to fulfill their educational dreams at a Canadian post-secondary institution of their choice. One or more bursaries, ranging from $500 to $2,500 in value. Application deadline: June 15th.

Loans Canada Scholarship Fund - an award program to reward students that are practising sound financial education and literacy. $750 awarded twice a year.  Application deadline dates: August 31 and December 31.

Loran Award -  Up to 160 financial awards granted annually to young Canadians who show strength of character, commitment to service in their communities, and leadership potential. Eligible for Canadian citizens or Permanent Residents in their last year of uninterrupted studies in high school or Cegep who present a minimum cumulative grade of 85% of an R score equal to or higher than 29. Manitoba and Northwest Ontario Legion and Ladies Auxiliary offer both bursary and scholarship awards to Manitoba students. 

Manitoba Beef Producers Scholarships - Six scholarships of $1,000 each are available annually for MBP members or their children attending an university, college, other post-secondary institution or pursuing trades training.  Application deadline: June 21st.

Manitoba Government and General Employees' Union (MGEU) - Each year the MGEU awards numerous bursaries and scholarships to Manitobans pursuing post-secondary education and training programs. Any registered, dues-paying member, or spouse of a member, or child or ward of a member, is eligible. Please click on link above for application details.

Mary Guilbault Métis Award - This Award is available to Red River Métis students across Manitoba who excel in academics and the community. Post-secondary students who have been a resident of Manitoba for the last 12 months may qualify for the Mary Guilbault Métis Award, administered through the Louis Riel Institute.

Primary Indigenous Student Bursary - This bursary is available to Indigenous students in any year of their post-secondary education who are enrolled in programs related to Primary's areas of business.  Deadline date: August 1st.

Royal Canadian Legion Portage Branch #65 Bursary. These bursaries (up to four $1,000.00 are handed out) are open to any student, in any year of post secondary education, from the Portage Branch #65 catchment area who are continuing on with their higher education and show the need for financial assistance.  The catchment area runs along #1 Highway between MacGregor and Elie.  The student's permanent residence must be within the Portage Branch 65 catchment area and they must have a connection to a Veteran as defined by the Legion By-Laws. Deadline date: May 15th.

Paul Stothart Memorial Scholarship in Mineral Economics - $5,000 scholarship for a student enrolled full-time in their second, third or fourth year of a Bachelors of Economics degree or in their first or second year of a Master of Economics or MBA program. Applicants must also demonstrate an interest, supported by current or intended course work, in mineral economics or mining commerce. Application deadline: May 17th.

The Red River Métis & Cantor's Family Award is available to Red River Métis students who are attending a post-secondary institution in Manitoba. The student must be enrolled in butcher/abattoir, culinary arts, or any agricultural programs which focus on the study of livestock and processes used for the purpose of feeding people or a related field in which you can express the connection to the butcher/abattoir field.
