Request a Sport and Recreation facilities space

Please note that all bookings at U of M Sport and Recreation Facilities require third-party insurance for the activity and group who is booking, with the University of Manitoba named as an additional insured. Please refer to our rental terms and conditions, with terms 33 through 35 detailing the insurance requirements. Certificates must show proof of the following to be accepted:

• Certificate in the name of the contract holder or organization
• Insurance subject to limits of no less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000)
• The University of Manitoba named as an additional insured thereunder
• Evidence of Cross Liability
• Effective for the date(s) of the event or booking(s)

The Certificate of Insurance detailing the above should be returned for approval a minimum of 2 business days before the first booking to avoid cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of payment or deposits.
