Research

Research interests

  • Developing optimal agronomic management practices for special crops, including corn, flax, and sunflower, to enhance farm sustainability and profitability.
  • Promoting the adoption of special crops in Manitoba and Western Canadian cropping systems to diversity rotations and improve resilience.
  • Leading and collaborating on breeding programs to advance genetic improvements in special crops for better yield, quality, and adaptability.
